There is also the greater area of Paradise Valley, which is an informal community that is actually a few miles away from the Town of Paradise Valley that is built up around the Paradise Valley Mall. The greater Paradise Valley area is an upscale community, but does not rival the Town of Paradise Valley in any way, rather it is its upper middle class sister community. The greater Paradise Valley community, is known for its excellent schools, great quality of life, nice shops, restaurants and a variety of housing choices. The Paradise Valley Unified School District draws as many families to move to thr community of the greater Paradise Valley area as does the Kyrene School District to areas of Chandler, Tempe and Ahwatukee that it serves.
The greater Paradise Valley area community offers town homes, condos, single family homes, small estates and even high end apartments. Young professionals can actually find a condo or townhouse in a great development here starting in the lower $200s, which is a fair price to pay for a such a prestigious address, especially when the starting price point for the Town of Paradise Valley is a minimum of one million.
Whether you choose the Town of Paradise Valley or the community that is a few miles away known as the greater Paradise Valley area, you have a desire for finer things and it is matter of budget.
