As designed, the park is the place where the community comes together, Sunday afternoons in the spring it is brimming with families picnicking and listening to a jazz or country concert. Ballet under the stars is another series for the whole family; it ranges from classical to contemporary dance. That's not your style, how about a movie in the park or the Oktoberfest, the Easter Eggstravaganza, The Thanksgiving Turkey Trot 5 K Run or the St Patrick's Day Celebration for fun?
